Work description

Development and construction of: 

Double-skin facade: Duplex steel structure and grating, Sottas 50 aluminium stick system with faceted building corners, anodised aluminium sheets in the shape of a triangle, of which 880 pieces are motorised.  

Lower + upper ground floor:  glazed with electrochromic glass, 114 nos. turn and tilt windows.   

Canopy: Sottas stick system with electrochromic glass.  

Patio: fire rated EI30 stick system.  

Total surface area: ~11’000 m².
